Projects eligible for funding

Projects eligible for consideration must be for ‘charitable purposes’. Grants are offered to projects which aim to advance the values and objectives of Foundation Barossa and would need to contribute to at least one of Foundation Barossa’s areas of interest:

• Health & Community Well Being

• Education & Training

• Community Development

• Arts & Culture

• Environment

• The Disadvantaged/Disability

• The Aged

• Youth

The Foundation provides a vehicle through which individuals, families, businesses and organisations can donate to a community fund whose capital will grow and provide a perpetual source of funding for community development projects which benefit the Barossa.

Donations are invested and each year Foundation Barossa distributes income received from these investments through an Annual Grants Program.
